Vegan and Vegetarian Items
Rotating soup options, usually 2 per week, available in 9 ounce, 13 ounce and Quart. Seasonal choices including: California Tomato, Lentil, White Bean Puree, Cream of Broccoli, Carrot and Sweet Potato, Creamy Corn Chowder, Pea, Roasted Butternut Squash, Cream of Mushroom and Watermelon Tomato Gazpacho. All of our soups are dairy and meat free with an approximate calorie count for the standard portion (~8-9 ounces ) of between 120-160 calories and 3-7 g of protein.
Green or pasta salads are available vegan, vegetarian by adding cheese or traditional adding chicken. Typically salads include nuts and berries and come with a complimenting dressing. Rotating greens include Spinach, Romaine, Arugula, Mixed Green, Kale, Greek. Watermelon and berry salads available in season. Pasta salads with various pasta noodles, vegetable selection and / or nuts and spices are included in the rotation.
Every week we keep our fan favorites on the menu so you can always select your go to items, a few choices in this section rotate in and out but most are always available including eggless and traditional vegetable quiche in personal sizes and family size, meatless chili, vegetable ratatouille and eggplant meatballs. And one of my favorites from our trip to Greece, the vegan or vegetarian spinach and feta pie.

Crunchy, savory, sweet & oh so delicious you’ll understand the name. Broccoli dipped, baked and tossed with a brown sugar, barbeque sauce served in soft corn tortilla w/ simple slaw and a side of rice and beans
Seared tofu sautéed with broccoli and onions dressed in a sweet and tangy sauce with a hint of orange and just a touch of sriracha served over rice
Creamy, delicious and colorful, this stew with plum tomatoes, Tuscan spices and white beans is served over rice for a healthy and hearty meal option
A rainbow of roasted veggies including tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and garlic makes the most healthy and delicious rancho sauce with a kick to top off these vegan ricotta stuffed pablano peppers. Single serving size comes with 2 to 3 pepper ½’s (varies by pepper size) and is accompanied by black beans and rice
Delicious sautéed mushrooms with white wine, garlic, almond milk and spices make this vegan stroganoff over creamy polenta warm and invi
Pan fried seitan in a deliciously sweet and savory soy sauce dressing with ginger, garlic, and brown sugar, served with either rice or rice noodles and broccoli. The dish is finished with chopped scallions, try it and you'll see its better than traditional take out.
Baked sweet potatoes, black beans, sauted peppers and onions win whole wheat tortilla served with a side of corn and tomato salad
The comfort and familiarity of pasta ravioli without the heaviness. We use actual strips of zucchini to make our “ravioli” pockets then stuff them with almond based vegan ricotta cheese and spinach and bake them in a light marinara sauce served over pasta
Enjoy the colors of the rainbow in this vegan stuffed sweet potatoe including black beans, quinoa and cranberries for just the right twist to brighten up your weeknight meals, served with chef’s choice of additional vegetable
With traditional cheese or without this delicious breaded and baked eggplant parmesan will leave you feeling like you just spent the day with your grandmother (or mine), served with a side of pasta in a marinara sauce
Lemon, white wine, garlic and vegan butter make this seared tofu Francese reminiscent of my mothers original dish, served over either pasta or rice this dish will satisfy your tastse
